Sure. It's valuable information I can use to estimate the effect cyclical water retention has on my weight. (I also retain water around ovulation.) But I weigh daily.8

Yep, just another data point. It's also kinda fun to see it drop a few days later...10

I weigh everyday. I know what my body does during ovulation, PMS, if I had spaghetti for dinner, etc. Having that knowledge keeps me from freaking out when I have a random water weight fluctuation.

Yes, I do. It's just information. Having more of it helps me.3

I weigh everyday and because of this, I know I gain 3-5 pounds leading up to my period and that it will not go away until I’m off of my period. I know that I will gain that same 3-5 pounds during ovulation. I know that after eating food high in sodium, like ramen I gain about .6-.8 pounds. Knowing this helps me keep a level head about everything.
I used to only weigh weekly and I would get really down on myself if I didn’t see the scale go down. But weighing myself and seeing that the body fluctuates when the wind blows has truly helped me.5 -
I do. I know that I gain 3-5 lbs a day or two before and then I retain that through ovulation. After ovulation I drop a lot. It's a big drop. I used to get frustrated, but now I know why the scale is up.5

I weigh everyday—like many others, I want to have the data. Plus, when I do go up on the scale during PMS or ovulation, I can look back 28 days (really 26 days in my case) to when I was at the same point in my cycle last month, and compare those scale numbers, which is a better comparison when you gain 3 lbs due to your cycle.4

Yes, for the same reasons mentioned by the others. Plus, I’m perimenopausal, so I’m never really sure when I’m going to have my period.2

It's so strange - I was irregular all my life, until I got closer to 50. I'm 53 now and am like clockwork. No signs of menopause (other than my fibroids keep getting larger )3 -
Yes, I still weigh myself every single day. I usually still tend to lose a bit during.0

Yup, it even helps me know when I'm ovulating or about to start without even looking at the calendar0
