Ladies, do you weigh yourself during PMS and the week of?

Or do you just wait until after?

Yes, I do. It's just information. Having more of it helps me.

I weigh everyday—like many others, I want to have the data. Plus, when I do go up on the scale during PMS or ovulation, I can look back 28 days (really 26 days in my case) to when I was at the same point in my cycle last month, and compare those scale numbers, which is a better comparison when you gain 3 lbs due to your cycle.

Yes, for the same reasons mentioned by the others. Plus, I’m perimenopausal, so I’m never really sure when I’m going to have my period.

It's so strange - I was irregular all my life, until I got closer to 50. I'm 53 now and am like clockwork. No signs of menopause (other than my fibroids keep getting larger :( )

Yes, I still weigh myself every single day. I usually still tend to lose a bit during.

Yup, it even helps me know when I'm ovulating or about to start without even looking at the calendar
