I’ve taken to a daily brisk 30m walk to the shops to pick up dinner at M&S. What M&S products do you love for low cal, high protein meals and snacks? Recommendations please!

Just about the only thing I specifically visit M&S to buy is their fresh fish - they often have more variety than my local Sainsbury’s.

I suspect though, that you’re talking about pre-prepared foods etc in which case I’m not much help! I know I once looked there for vegetarian/vegan specific things and was disappointed at the lack of choice or imagination in their small selection.

We have a little M&S food in the foyer of the building I work in. Sometimes if I get stuck there unexpectedly after hours I’ll get dinner.
They have quite a good range (I think it’s called “balanced for you”) of higher protein premade salad type boxes and ready meals. I particularly like the harissa chicken quinoa salad.
Or M&S sandwiches. Can’t go far wrong with an M&S sandwich (except ££ !)

I have an M&S downstairs in my new workplace. Any suggestions for lunch items would be welcome too.

I think their sushi and skinny sausages are delicious and work out well calorie wise :)

I love their square salad pots that are 2 for £3.50, for some reason they are not on the same aisle as pre-made lunches. My favorites are the mexican bean salad and the charred corn salad.
