Whole 30

I am back to using MFP after a short break and am also on day 4 of whole 30! Anyone else?

    I’m not doing a whole 30 now but I’ve done it twice a few years ago with good results (lost weight, felt better mentally). You got this! :)

    I am on day 10 and just reloaded MFP! This is my 3rd time doing the Whole 30 since Jan 2019. I don't consider this a diet in any sense, I feel this is a great way to reset your mind to further you in your journey for a better lifestyle. If anyone needs any help, advice, recipes or just an added boost of support, I am here for you!

    I will be starting it in 4 days. can experts share how the 1st week look like. what is the grocery list for first 7 days?

    So far learned about this diet.
    please add do not items along with other suggestions

    No dairy,
    No grains,
    No legumes,
    No sweets/sweeteners
    (including honey)
    No peanuts (other nuts are allowed)
