New to meal prep

Hello, I am looking to try and get into meal preparation for the week.
I am completely new to this.
Trying to lose 10lbs in 3 months.
Looking for stuff that's relatively basic and easy. Nothing fancy or highly complex.

Any and all advice will help.

    An Easy meal prep is Taco salad, you can get 6 portions out of a pound of ground meat.

    I also usually buy ground turkey and make it into meatballs.

    I usually take a pound and do two different recipes/seasonings and then I can use the meatballs for all types of meal preps. here is a pin that has easy meatball combinations. https://pin.it/e54ivdledzeqwc

    I personally omit the breadcrumbs and cook them like mini burgers.

    I'll pair meatballs with frozen veggies. I also crumble them into wraps or salads. sometimes I just eat them as a snack.
