First time posting so please just let me know if this is the wrong place/is not allowed.
I recovered from anorexia slowly throughout the last couple years- and I’ve put on a considerable amount of weight very quickly (nearly 2st in 5 months)- now I’m struggling something awful with bloating!
What can I do to lessen my bloating throughout the day/stop bloating?

Maybe it’s the food you’re eating. I would consult a doctor. Might be your body telling you it doesn’t like something. Congratulations on beating your hurdle. Good luck.

    I agree it’s the food.

Agree with both above & it could also signal allergies/reactions to specific foods or a sensitive system, given your tough journey. Best not to ask anyone other than your doctor (s/he is the only one privy to all your medical data), since there might be vitamin/mineral deficiencies or issues that need further testing... it might require a simple blood test or trial of certain foods only.

Best of luck to you & keep us posted on your journey.
