Hi, I'm Connie. I'm from Louisiana. I am determined that this year I am going to get the rest of my weight off or at least be close to my goal weight.

5 years ago, I was diagnosed with Diastolic Disfunction and High Blood Pressure. I also have an enlarged heart. At that time I was weighing 443 pounds. I am now down to 261.4 pounds. The last few years, I have really struggled with my weight loss journey.

I have done everything I can to get myself organized this year so I can make my goal happen. I plan out my meals for the whole month. I made a vision board. I am journaling everything I eat. I have a journal to track my exercise and if I ate right for the day.

Congrats on your amazing weight loss so far. That is amazing.

If you would like to join other "Larger Losers" there is a group here at MFP for anyone who originally started or is starting with 75 or more pounds to lose. It can be quite helpful to be among people who have a firsthand understanding of not all but some of what you are and have experienced. It is primarily for people who are trying to lose their weight in a sensible and sustainable fashion.
