    I haven't tried, but 500 calories is kinda the default number if you are breastfeeding full-time.

    search the food database for "breastfeeding" and it will add negative calories onto your food diary

    Is there anywhere to look for calorie amounts for non-exclusive breastfeeding? for toddlers.
