Eat any and all foods that fit your daily calorie goals.
Put your stats in (height, weight, activity level before exercise) and choose a weekly weight loss goal that's appropriate. IE: 75+ pounds to lose - 2 pounds a week, 50+ pounds to lose - 1.5 pounds a week and so on.
Eat foods that are filling to you. Log those foods, repeat until you meet your calorie goal. Add exercise and you will earn additional calories.
Food components that people find filling - protein, fiber and fat. My favorite breakfast (example) is oats (fiber) made with milk (protein) with a sprinkle of chopped nuts (fat) and maple syrup for flavor.
This is over simplified but - focus on getting a decent amount of protein which is one component essential to maintaining lean muscle, get some dietary fat which is necessary for vitamin absorption, and get fiber which is important for gut health. There are many many more health benefits to the items above.
Sugar-free kool-aid packets are fine if you don't like the taste of plain water, but the importance of 8 glasses of water for weight loss is grossly exaggerated.

Thank you so much!! I just didn’t know if it was okay. Doctor put me on meds to loose weight so I’m trying to see what’s good to eat everyday. I got like eggs and red meats, that’s all!0

You can eat literally any foods you want as long as they fit your calorie goal and you have no medical reason not to eat them. Fat loss is 100% about a consistent calorie deficit, not about which specific foods you eat.1
