5.9ish (I’m in a dispute with my doc over this, I used to be 5.10 but they’re saying I’m 5.8 now?? Wtf?? So I’m meeting them in the middle 😜)
Weight doesn’t apply, if I’m happy with how I look and measurements and I’m healthy I’m good 👍6 -

5'11" and 232, hence the 2 mile per day run goal for 2020. Lift most every day(at least five days/week) so I'm there already. Today I went there just to run..that was weird. Oh and I'm 50.1
