I've heard that 1 jumping jack burns 1 calorie and I've heard that 10 jumping jacks burns 1 calorie...which is correct?

I would guess that it depends on the individual. Wear a HRM0

it would depend on the person0

Go to the exercise tab search for jumping jacks, vigerous.... for my wieght 5 minutes of jumping jacks would burn 65 calories..... it's going to be different depending on the weight of the person doing the exercise.0

An HRM will help.. I don't think the MFP cardio DB is fantastically accurate, especially as it can't really know what intensity you use, how fast, how much stretch etc.0

Thanks everyone. I was thinking of getting a HRM looks like it'd be a wise investment so I can figure stuff out easier. Thanks again0
