I have been walking at an incline on my treadmill and I also wear a weighted vest while walking. Curious what is the best way to determine total calorie burn when walking and having 60lbs of weight on? It’s obviously burning more calories but not sure how to input this in an exercise?

doesn't the treadmill ask your weight? wouldn't adding 60lbs to that factor into the calculation?

Thank you for the feedback! Both good ideas. If I can figure the amount of calories burned either by monitor or adjusting settings on the treadmill for added weight ect then I would have to find a workout that would equal those calories burned I assume? Since you can't enter calories burned manually either.

You can create your own exercises, and you can edit the calories.

In looking online I did find a good article with a calorie counter for backpacking - https://www.outsideonline.com/2315751/ultimate-backpacking-calorie-estimator
