I rejoined recently and hope to use this website correctly. Seeing my calorie count always made me want to eat less and less and would spark my eating disorders. But I'm at my heaviest now after a knee injury, and I'm getting married in 2 years and need to lose nearly 80 pounds!0

Here is my story so last year I started my weight loss, I joined mfp I was 17 and half stone! I managed to get down to my goal weight of 13st, but due to a change in my circumstances I had to stop going out on my bike due to a relationship brake down.
And being a mummy also I didn’t have time to go out. Since then I have put 1st on. I am very self conscious of my body and my weight. I have rejoined mfp to try and loose my weight I am in a better place mentally. I feel awful in myself that I have put weight back on to the point it’s making me even more self conscious.
I have a new mfp so any new friends will be more then welcome 🙏1 -

Starting weight in June 2018: 27st1lb
Weight in Jun 2019: 13st 12lb
I was back up to 18st by Dec 2019 after some poor decisions. 2 weeks in to the weight loss and fitness regime and I'm down to 17st 5lb. The aim is to get down to close to 14st or to where I feel I look and feel better about myself.1 -

Hi Everyone. Been off and on with MFP over the years and think it is the best real life tool to manage what I eat ever. My wife is on weight watchers so it is a bit tough because she gets to eat these things for free (no points) and I can't believe long term you can eat that way on a program like that. But I am totally supporting her because she likes the program but looking for friends in the MFP world to relate to and be accountable to.2
