Ok, ok, I’ve been a total slacker and starting to slide... Used MFP a couple years ago to reach a 50 lb weight loss, left for awhile and now I’m back and ready to hit some new goals.1

43 year.old woman, need to lose 70 lbs until goal weight. Have no friends yet on here. Been off and on a few months but became serious about it 4 days ago. I keep an open diary. If anyone wants to add me, feel free, thank you.0

I've been logging on MFP for over 2600 consecutive days, feel free to add me!
In the past 2600+ days, I lost 100lbs, kept it off for a while, took up running, ran a bunch of marathon & ultras, injured myself, started binge eating again, gained a bunch of weight back (more than I'm willing to admit). I never stopped logging but it's been really bad this past year and I've gained a LOT. I'm looking to find that motivation I had at one time, getting my eating under control and to start running again.1 -

Hello, just getting back into it after a Month long holiday break. Could use some motivation!0

I've been on & off of myfitnesspal since 2014. At first I was using it for evil (eating disorder) but for the past couple years I've been using it responsibly and for actual health, not torture!!
I always inevitably "fall off the wagon" but I also always climb back in, so I might disappear for a few months, but I'll be back lol
I've never really had friends on here. Right now I have 10 in my friends list, and 6 of them are inactive...
I've always wanted some friends on here though!
My name's Kita, I'm from Oregon and I'm 20 years old. I tend to gain back the weight I lose (20 lbs or less)... Right now I'm trying to lose 10-20 pounds and I'm also just trying to get healthier & feel better in a sustainable way! Sustainability is really important to me because I don't have the willpower to, for example, totally cut a certain food out of my life, or to do intense exercise every day. I do what I can!!
Pls add me if you're looking for friends who won't totally disappear from existence in a few weeks! It is new years resolution season0 -
I could use some friends on here, lol.0

Any friends to help motivate would be great. Very busy and Struggling to find the energy to to get really good workouts in each day. Any easy to follow diet tips would be great0

I just rejoined after 60 pounds and five years. count me in!0

I rejoined recently and hope to use this website correctly. Seeing my calorie count always made me want to eat less and less and would spark my eating disorders. But I'm at my heaviest now after a knee injury, and I'm getting married in 2 years and need to lose nearly 80 pounds!0
