what the calories would be for Chicken Stir Fry from a Chinese takeout?

I can't seem to find anything similar and I've googled it too.

    Depends on what’s in it and how much. It can vary quite a bit depending on ingredients, and how much.

    I once asked a Chinese Restaurant owner if he would list nutritional info on his website. His response was all his meals were around 400 calories. Take that x 3 and it might be a little closer. :D

    Anytime you eat food you didn’t cook yourself, the best you can do is estimate. Pick the closest database entry, being honest with yourself about what you think you ate.
