just tried trx, the hardest thing I have ever done, aching already - was awesome - any ideas on logging cals for this?

    It is tough but very good!!! I sweat hard!! And I am sore today- in a good way!!! It is just like the picture - you move your body weight - which for me at 226lb is TOUGH!!! The 7 stone twig let next to me had less issues!!!! But I know who got the most out, can't wait for the first full class now!

    I did a 9 week TRX training program and wore my HRM to track calories.

    It is an awesome strength building workout.

    I track it as cardio, because it is interval training. You are burning a ton! Best of luck! It is a fabulous workout with the right trainer! Enjoy!

    Thanks both, yes our trainer is fab so should be a cracker!! Will try to wear my monitor and see how it goes!!
