    Finally got 30 Day Shred. Just completed day one today and whew...Jillian kicked my butt big time haha.


    That's awesome!! Hang with her, she'll wring some sweat out of ya for sure! I lost 9 inches overall and 9 pounds doing the Shred. (even though I had breaks in between, I didn't do 30 days straight... LOL!) I felt stronger & more toned afterward, too! :heart: Totally worth the work. :happy:

    SW on MFP: 227.8
    SW as of 08/01: 224.4
    Goal for Aug: 219
    Self-Challenge: Workout at least once every day.

    TODAY'S WEIGHT: 214.6 :happy:

    Total Loss for August - 9.8
    Total Loss on MFP (since July 29) - 13.2
    Total Loss since starting healthy lifestyle - 26.6

    I have been sick the past week or so, so I haven't been working out every day... guess I didn't reach my self-challenge.

    I'm thrilled with 214.6 because my pre-pregnancy weight was 215, and my baby is 2 years old. LOL Took a while but I lost the baby weight! :bigsmile:

    Nice job !! I guess I'll have to look harder at my stats at months end. I didn't move the scale much, but when you look at the overall picture, it is a nice reminder how far we've come. :bigsmile: I'm looking forward to Septembers thread.

    I just ate a Double chocolate brownie.....:blushing: But I am going to Boot Camp tonight, and there was room in the calories for it....my daughter made them to take back to college tomorrow, and she made a pan for her brothers and dad...I was feeling left out. It was so worth it. I'll do a few extra pushups...I promise :laugh:

    **September's Board is Up!**

    Please go and sign up if you are going to join us for September. I'm leaving sign ups open till September 5th. We'll see how it does with closing sign ups instead of leaving them open all month. You all let me know how you feel, if you like the closed sign up or if you like leaving sign ups open all month long better. We'll adjust for November when it's time.

    added challenge 8/23: to do the 30 day shred everyday and to do an aditional hour of exercise

    well well look at that..no budge!! how freakin disappointing! at least it wasnt a gain, right?
    **I DID HORRIBLE ON SATURDAY...IT WAS A GLUTTONY EAT EVERYTHING IN SIGHT KIND OF DAY...YUCK!!! i skipped one day of the shred this week and added an additional hour or more 4 days out of the week...looks like i am not gonna make my personal challenge. i have 3 days to lose 3.5 pounds..i am just basically gonna murder myself with workouts for these last three days and see if i can lose somethin
