I am 29 5”11 and weight 260lbs. I want to lose 50lbs and start playing soccer again! I am 5 months out of my ACL and meniscus surgery and hoping to get active again. I want to reach my goal by the end of the year!

Hey what’s up! I’m keeping it under 2000 calories a day and a light workout in the afternoons. Drinking mostly water. This is my first week doing it. Hopefully this helps me.0

Hello and Good luck. If I could go back to my 20s and give myself health advice it would be go easy on alcohol if you drink it. It slows down weight loss considerably. Feel free to add me if you want other old guy advice.1
