Mixes? Supplements? Shakes? Snacks? Sauna?

Right now I’m taking a small serving of Mr Hyde Icon Blueberry Lemon Pre Workout.
I’d love recipes for any tried and true amazing shakes

Pre workout...............Caffeine. Sometimes a Bang drink. Post workout.............none. It's highly overrated. I just eat when I need to.

    Pre: depends
Less than 5 miles=coffee and water (I run earrrrrly a.m)
Speed work or 5 miles + - larabar, dates and almond butter, rice cakes
Long run: oatmeal with peanut butter and honey. Coffee. Water

Post: usually a feast of my tears and maybe the blood of my competition
Also a sandwich and a dr. Pepper after a long run

Pre: large cup of cold brew
Hour before something with carbs like oatmeal, today I had butternut squash soup. I've discovered even just eating a potato gives me a ton of energy, especially for cardio!

Post- usually a big salad an hour after or if it's before dinner I make sure it has good protein plus veggies.

Pre: Eat a meal (I don't snack) 45+ min before, cuz exercise makes me hungry & I rush the workout unless I eat first. Stretching, sometimes, but it depends on workout & if I feel tight.

Post: Water. Stretching, sometimes, but only if something feels slightly overworked. A new find: oddly, if I have a slight workout headache (it's not often, but is occasional), the juice of 1 lemon in a glass of water takes it away within 20-min. I've now just begun doing it anyway, since the extra vitamins can't hurt.

Not on leg day for me. That meal may end up on the gym floor.
