Help Determine Weight/Calories of Food Thread (With Pictures)

Do you ever eat out and wonder how much nutrition your food contains? I have.

That's why I thought I'd create this thread for others to post pictures of their food.

If you've eaten something and you're unsure of how many calories you've just consumed, or how much the individual components of your meal weighs, then post a picture of it here and get other people to do estimates for you!

I'll start. What do you guys think the macros for a Jamaican Beef Patty is? Picture below:

    So I just called the store and this is what they told me:

    hot beef: 320 cals, 31 carbs, 11 fat , 9 protein

    curry beef: 325 cals, 32 carbs, 11 fat, 9.5 protein

    Well, I’d have looked at that and guessed probably at least twice that calorie count. So, I’d suggest when posting pictures, either some actual measurements (inches/centimetres) or something else is shown in the picture for scale!
