    True and false. I clean as a go, being a chef. But I always make too much so can’t clean every pot/tray before eating as there’s always seconds and even thirds still to go!!!

    Depends which kitchen, I have a few. No open units on yacht kitchen for obvious reasons. One home kitchen has 3 open shelves.
