Hi everyone,
I am 172cm tall and weigh 114kg - female.
I have a goal to lose 30kg by 1Oct.
I do CrossFit 4-5 times per week but have a desk job and pretty much sit down for the rest of the day. I feel strong when lifting but really need to restric food to reach the weight I want to be by oct.
My TDEE = 2632cal / 11,000 kJ
What is the max calories/kJ I can cut so I am only losing fat and not muscle?
