Hello all, I used this app back in 2015 and lost 55lbs in about 3 1/2 months, but I was limiting calories big time and working out 5 times per week 1-3 hours each day and sometime twice a day. I ended up gaining all of the weight back while going through my divorce. It's 2020 now I'm ready to get back on track and not give up on myself. I started on a "lifestyle change" on 1/19/2020 and weighed myself on 1/21/2020 and 8 pounds were lost (water weight), but I ate 5 small meals a day consisting of apples, bananas, baked chicken breast, and veggies. I messed up in 2015 by limiting my calories too much while working out probably too much and it was not sustainable long term. This time I plan to focus on better food choices slowly and not all at once that it becomes overwhelming and incorporating exercise, but at a level that I can sustain over time. It's baby steps thinking this time, but hopefully the positive changes will be for long term. I wish everyone the best on their efforts and journeys as well.
