Snack time: what are you eating?

Just curious to see what others eat. It Doesn’t matter if it’s a scheduled snack or just something to give you a pick me up. :) I’m a nurse so I have to bring snacks to my job.
Mainly a rice cake with almond butter, a protein shake or even a plum.

    Greek yogurt, cheese, fruit, chocolate, and crackers are my favorites.

    Satsumas, apples, pita with tabouli (those three were actually just my breakfast this morning), various other things that aren't eggs, dairy, or nut butter. But really I mostly snack on apples. Given the various things that I don't eat, it's hard for me to find a variety of quick things to snack on.

    Today it's a banana. Was supposed to be peanut butter and banana but I forgot that I finished the jar of PB that I keep at work. Doh. Most days it's cottage cheese and berries or Greek yogurt and berries or a Think Thin bar.

    I had a protein shake with breakfast, banana at work, and will have carrots on the way home.

    Alternate work snacks are apple with peanut butter, or oikos yogurt.

    Yogurt, fruit, veggies, sometime a Ghiradelli dark chocolate square. Breyres has an low cal/carb ice cream that is pretty tasty.

    Yes! They seriously taste like tacos.

    I'm not a big fan of any of the other flavors, but this one is really good.

    Carrot sticks and apple slices. Every day. It's also a good way for me to get all of my fiber in for the day. But when I want a crunchy salty something, it's Quacker rice crisps-the spicy and sweet ones.

    Boiled eggs are my go to right now. I eat two a day. Keeps me full for a long time too. I always have two in my purse if I'm out, to beat the munchies.

    Today's snack time choice has been all about good 'ole grapefruit, which is a high toll for me, for I've just not taken a liking to them as does the majority of my family.

    In the afternoon, 220 calories of some combination of:
    Fage Greek yogurt
    Larabar (pb/choc chip)
    Dark chocolate square
    Banana
    Apple
    Raw cauliflower/carrots/grape tomatoes with hummus

    After dinner, about 350 calories of some combination of:
    Wine
    Beer
    Crackers and cheese
    Dark chocolate square
    the occasional cookie (like the Girl Scout cookies currently in our pantry!)

    My snacks are Big Macs and Pizza :) Seriously, the snacks on my meal plan are protein shakes, blueberries, strawberries, blackberries, apples, almonds, walnuts, cheese, ceviche, or egg salad.
