Today planning on doing pilates.0

Yesterday I did 210 crunches of various types. Today I'll try for 50 weighted situps (with a 10lb weight). If it's too easy I'll up it to 100. I do space these out, I don't do them all at once. I wonder if I should try to do them all together.0

Pilates is awesome! I've been running and did the 30 DS as well as Ripped in 30 but still have that fluffy belly. A few weeks ago I began adding just a 10 minute pilates ab workout to my routine (from exercise tv) and I've never, ever felt that kind of burn in my belly. I think a lot of it is proper form and doing the movements slow with the correct breathing makes all the difference. I'm actually starting to get those little lines on either side of my belly button. It doesn't burn a lot of calories so I do it in addition to my other workouts but I really love it so far!Today planning on doing pilates.0
