I don't know the restaurant, but do they have an online menu you can check before you go?

Edited to add: Okay, I googled them. If it's Aladdin's Eatery, then they do have an online menu with nutrition information.

Points? Like WW points? I don't know about WW, but at any restaurant the thing(s) to order will be grilled meats such as chicken, fish, turkey, pork tenderloin without sauces, sides of steamed vegetables, salads without croutons or noodles or other grains (and dressing on the side.)

    OR...

If you don't go out to dinner that often, just order what you like and call it a treat. Most restaurant meals are going to come in at 1000 to 1500 calories so you can budget calories for that. Just still use a little common sense if you want to keep the calories lower. Like don't order a big steak with a loaded baked potato and then a cheesecake for dessert. That would set you back 2300+ calories.
