Hi ! Iโm also 40, and it must be age that makes it harder! I have 4 kids (youngest is 9) and only in the last few years has this weight snuck up on me. So Iโm here to work it, tone it and nip it in the rear!!
This is day 2 for me , anyone who wants to friend me go ahead .... I see we get a main thread where we can post meals, progress, or whatever , great to motivate each other ๐๐

Work is keeping me busy, but I have had good days in the gym this week nevertheless. Right now, I think my plan will be to begin to shred and shedfor summer in maybe mid-February or the beginning of March. I need to mentally prepare for that process since I know it's a totally different animal!
