I think that thread may clarify that there are quite a range of appearance at the same weight and height, for different people.

The only photo I have of myself at 5'5" around 150 is in baggy clothes, so wouldn't help.

I hope you realize that the goal weight you put in MFP has no effect on what calorie goal it will give you?

The weight loss process is exactly the same, regardless of goal weight. The only difference is in when you decide to stop losing and go to maintenance calories. The implication of that is that you can see how you feel and look as you approach goal weight, and adjust your plans if necessary.
