Hey all,

I’ve just started (workout 1) Morning Meltdown 100 by Beach Body and I am exhausted.

Who else here has done his workout? Did you get good results?

    I just started this morning. I’m following some of the recipes but just trying to stay within my calorie limits that are recommended.
    I really liked it. I can see how maybe people started doing doubles.

    How is it going for both of you, staceywalker and melsantons1028? I started yesterday. I am committed to doing all 100 days in a row. I've successfully finished many other BB programs before so I am excited about this one!

  • Love em on day 15! I switch off with jogging so it takes a bit longer but them leg days are killer. 🦵🏻

    Is this thread still active? Just starting Phase 2, day 21 today. I have been loving it so far, looking for other peeps that are enjoying it as well!
