Couch25k program and sickness?

I'm currently on week 2, day 3... And I've got some sort of cold or flu. Just feel awful. If I take a few days off, how much progress will I lose? I really wanna keep going, but J havent slept well in about 3 days, feel queasy, etc.... Sigh😣

You won't have lost too much in a couple of days.
Have a rest now and then when you're feeling better repeat week 2 day 1, if it is a massive struggle then continue through week 2, if you breeze through progress to week 3 with the next run6 -
I frequently stop in the middle of training and do the same as FireFLy 72 suggests. I repeat the week or last workout I was just on and see how I do, then move on from there. It depends on how long you are away from running but a couple days wont take much away this early in the training plan. I've just started wk 5 and have re-done this training plan multiple times.0
