I recently added walking on a treadmill an hour a day, at 3.5 pace and 5.5-6.0 incline because I sit all day. Its of course adding a calorie deficiency which I'm filling with healthy snacks to meet my calories for the day. However, I'm gaining weight. What am I doing wrong

Over what period have you gained weight? If you add new exercise you may retain water in the short term.
Alternatively you may be overestimating your calorie burns and/or underestimating your food intake.1 -
^^This and weigh everything you eat on a food scale1

Its been a few weeks. I'm wondering if the treadmill at the gym is calculating my calories loss wrong??0

I just used an online calculator to figure it out (entering my age, height and weight) and WOW the gyms machine is SO off. Now I'm mad lol 😂2

Don't get discouraged! There are SO many reasons you could be retaining/gaining weight. Only a couple weeks is not always enough to see the number on the scale budge, but you'll likely see some "non-scale victories" Consistency in exercise and staying in a healthy calorie deficit is going to be KEY! Do you have a weight-loss goal in-mind?0
