Fitbit sync

Hi there, Apologies if there is already a question about this....my fitness pal is not picking up or syncing my steps. I've gone thru all the set up and everything says I'm connected etc... Just wondering if anyone can help please... Is there something I'm missing? Thanks xx

    I am having the same problem with my Fitbit Blaze. Cannot figure it out.

    I had this happen with my Fitbit Alta couple of years ago. Sometimes restating phone would help or uninstall and install the app. And at times nothing worked. It would start syncing by itself after a while of being out of sync. It's frustrating when we aren't able to keep tab of steps, calories etc.
