Well done. Starting to lose weight is a fabulous achievement. In case you have any concerns, don't be alarmed by the ups and downs - the overall trend, once you got going, is down. The hard part is sticking to your calorie goals so that you're not losing / gaining too much in any one week.2

Great trend! Mine is rather level at the moment. Up and down, then back up, then down... I know the whys, I just haven't done the work... Keep it up!4

. S L O W going..cut back on taters, grease, chips, dip, sodas, beer, cheese 2 months now and hovering at 214 from 225. I never had problem's with my weight-was always skinny. Now I understand the struggle. But.. 185 lbs and 33-34 waist is coming hell or high water!
