I’m new to this and just getting started. I need to lose weight so I can have knee replacement surgery. I have been trying to follow a low carb/keto type diet. So far have not lost any weight. My husband and I have been going to a silver sneaker class at our gym 3 times a week and also sometimes do an aqua aerobics class twice a week if it’s not too cold. I’m hoping that I can stick to this and start losing. I really need to stay motivated.

You can and will do it!! Just think how great that new knee is going to make you feel and how much easier it will be to rehab it after surgery. Stay the course!0
