Paranormal experience?

Hmmm Haven't thought about this for a while but when I bought this house. I installed a wireless video/audio security system. One weird thing I noticed was when I was in master bedroom. The security system would pick up (static) when people would walk between the cameras and the base stations. Then I noticed, sometimes late at night or sometimes while working in my office (empty house) the audio will pick up static like someone is walking back and forth between the camera and base station. But of course the camera motion sensors would pick up anyone in the house and I can see all the way down the hall to the door. I hear footsteps on the laminate in the kitchen but of course there's no-one here... Things crash to the floor in different rooms all the time. Other people have been in the house when this stuff happens as well. I don't believe in ghost and such but something's up around here.
Then how would you explain these occurrences?0 -

For R & R we travel to various locales to stay in "Haunted Hotels" we have spent several days at The Stanley hotel in Estes Park, room 217, room 401... some "Off" things happened I guess. I also participated in a Ghost Hunt at the stanley with one of the members from "Ghost Adventures" of course we experienced things in the basement but was it real or the magic of modern technology? Have also stayed at The "Skirvin" in OKC and "The Adolphus" in Dallas. We really enjoy it...1

If you could just stay in the cupboard when I'm not using you that would be marvellous. K thanks 😘
Maybe it's an apparition trying to tell you to wash your hair in the sink so it can do dastardly deeds? Or, perhaps it's someone trying to tell you what happened to them? Is it an old building you live in?
About the closest thing I've had happen to me personally was when i was visiting Old Town San Diego and went to the Cosmopolitan. there is a room there that is chilled by what they believe to be is the ghost. I felt the cold air move across the floor and the chair moved without anyone being near it. I couldn't find any cold air vents, so not quite sure what it was.1 -

I keep wanting to stay at the Skirvin, but my kids refuse. Plus, I heard they have bed bugs.0 -
I lived in an old four story house built in the 1800s for a summer. I heard someone walking around all the time. I was sitting on the couch which has a view to the main stairway. Heard something walk down the creaky stairs, the the front door open and close. I was the only one in the house besides my dog. She even got up and walked into the hallway to look. She didn't panic so neither did I. Another time my dog woke up from a dead sleep on the couch and ran into the kitchen. i then saw her ball come bouncing down the hallway, her chasing after it.3

I live in an older home, and have been woken up plenty of times around 3am/4am with a feeling that something is watching me. Aren't ghosts most active around 3am?
A little while ago, I was working out in my basement, and heard footsteps running down the hall upstairs. No one was home but me. It definitively startled me.

I still wonder exactly what happened when I stayed over at my bf alone for like the first or maybe second time. I think it was first time alone. I continuously checked the patio doors to make sure they were locked. I checked them all night. They were locked tight. I asked Alexa to put lights off. I came upstairs and when I looked down all the lights were on. I went down and immediately checked the patio door again and it was open. I was in disbelief at how it was open suddenly. I put the lights off and again as soon as I went upstairs they had went back on.
The patio doors really get me cos I checked them 100 times. And when I had went back down, the door just opened and it was unlocked. I don't get that. Someone at my work said that because I had checked them so much I had tricked myself. I don't think so. You know when a door is locked and won't open and it's a big difference when you push the handle and it's unlocked. That coupled with the lights coming on themselves x2 made me think that something was up.2 -
I have written this before as well lol but when my dad passed away in his bedroom there was an ice cold spot at the end of his bed. My brother felt it too. It was a localised area of freezing cold air that was easy to detect when you passed your hand through it compared to rest of room that was normal temperature. Apparently cold spots are common and that was the only time I'v actually experienced it. I was glad that someone else experienced it as well.4

Another thing that occurred. I don't know if others would say it's paranormal perse but it was rather odd. The day that me and my brother spread our mums ashes, we came home and as soon as we walked into the living room my bf shouted wow, did you see that cat! I caught a glimpse of her but not full on, she looked like she had flown or glided through the air from where she had been sitting at the top of the window ! My flat had very high ceilings and the window was high up but my tiny cat Marley glided down from that window with some gusto! Enough to make my parnter be like, wow did you just see that cat! Lol generally they would have gently slid down before jumping off, not flying off haha. Perhaps coincidence, but strange how it happened just after spreading my mum's ashes.3

Again, iv written this one on here prior but I love this kinda stuff and I still wonder what happened the day that me and my brother had the guy over at the house who was helping us put the eulogy together for my dad's funeral. We were sat in silence in the living room (no tv or anything on) and talking about things our dad liked. Music was one of those things. Suddenly the radio in my bedroom began playing music. I had to go switch it off. I do believe, but it's always good to have a good think about things as well. I find that one a strange one.
Another 1 that still gets me is how I had completely (at that particular point in time) fell out with my dad and had no contact with him or my brother and I had no intention to see them. One day I went along to start a course of some sort (I was trying to get myself back into work) and out of nowhere I had a total change of thinking. I very strongly told myself and said outloud 'that's it, stuff it, I'm going to visit them, I don't care what happens or what my dad says'. Anyway, I stayed over night. We exchanged numbers and all was well. On my return home, I had a letter from the police and it turned out my mum was in intensive care. Luckily I had my dad and brother phone number and could alert them. (Family was split up and they had no contact with my mum). So the fact I had suddenly changed my mind and went to see them, meant we could all be with my mum when she passed later that day. I dunno if that's pure luck but it seemed strange to me since I had no intention to visit them before that day.2 -
