Hi everyone,
I just got a new scale and I'm having trouble understanding the results. I don't know if these are all good numbers or if something is standing out as being problematic. I'm hoping someone who's more seasoned at understanding what each means can please help me:
In a nutshell I'm a 33 year old woman, 5'2, my adult weight has always been about 100-105lbs. Currently sitting at 112lbs, my highest ever.
I'm more active than I have ever been, I do spinning (Soul Cycle style) once a week, and 2 pole dancing classes a week.
I loved my body back in August of last year, but then I realized I over-ate on a vacation for 10 days in Cuba, and it kind of carried right until Xmas. I was just always hungrier. I have a stomach pooch as I call it and I hate it. I figure I ate poorly for 4 months so it's going to take some time but I'm quite frustrated.
My weakness are chips for sure so I substituted rice chips/rice cakes instead of say Doritos/Lay's etc. Instead of having 2 big meals a day I now switch out one for a SlimFast shake and snacks. I know I'm eating less than before but probably still more than I should be. Its been about a month of trying to eat a bit less but I'm still the same weight.
Any help reading my stats above and/or some general tips would be appreciated.
Thank you!

Green=good
Orange to red = bad or above normal..
Have the same scale.. besides the weight.. I wouldn't rely on the other info too much..2 -
If you click on each item.. they show what's "normal" and where your stat stands.

What is the second part of your question? How to lose the weight? It's going to be slow. You're already at the low end of your healthy weight range.
How about a recomp instead of losing weight? You can't lose from just your belly and you really don't have more than a couple pounds to spare. Doing some weight training will give you the look you want.

Thanks for the links I'll check it out. If I could lose this pouch on my stomach it would be great, it's really unattractive and I think my abs are pushing it out even more.0

Honestly I think you're being unrealistic. You are at 20 BMI. 18 is considered underweight.
Here, and read it, look at the pictures. You have a female body, and you're at a very low weight already.

Is this from AIFIT? this looks very similar to what I have0

I hear what you're saying for sure. Maybe I could get a photo from last Summer and now so you can see what I mean. I'll check at home and cut my face out.
I don't know AIFIT, mine is Fit Index0 -
Ok here we go...ignore the bad filter but you can clearly see the difference. When I sit I have a big bulge, and clothes are tighter. First one was August, second tonight.
