Morbidly Obese and Seeking Friends!

Hi there!
My name is Becca, I'm 27. A few years ago I lost 70 pounds through obsessive habits (wouldn't leave the gym till I burned 1000 calories, etc.) And because those habits were not sustainable, naturally I gained the weight back, plus some. I even used to be a certified personal trainer, so I have a background in fitness and nutrition to do things right this time. Last year, I started my own business (pottery) and had very little time for self-care, leading to more weight gain. This year, I'm making it my goal to learn to balance the business, family, chores, exercise, and healthy eating. I'm 5'10" and starting at 328 pounds. I've already started exercising again and I've been logging for about a week. I'd love to have some supportive friends who may have had similar starting stats, or just anyone willing to be encouraging and supportive. I think this whole thing will be easier if I feel less alone in it. Thank you!!

I'm new as well. 5' 11" and 365 lbs. Sign me up. I'm gonna beat this *kitten* and get my life back! I also work in food and nutrition. Dietary manager for a hospital. Feel free to friend me. 1st week 11 lbs. down already. Got to keep working because its gonna get tougher as I go along. I agree about having other in the same boat along for the ride. We can all be successful together. And help out when it gets tough.
Congrats on making the decision!! It's always the hardest part......1 -
