Looking for new friends on low carb diet & doing intermittent fasting

I am 36 and back after a 1yr hiatus. My goal is to lose 65lbs as well as build up my core and back strength.

I am doing a low carb diet with a focus on macros and doing intermittent fasting (16:4 or sunset to sundown 13:11). It has been a week since I started doing The Camp Transformation Bootcamp currently 3 times a week minimum and yoga/pilates once a week.

Feel free to add me as I am looking for new motivation friends. I don't know how to add friends on the phone app.

Anyone doing The Camp Transformation challenges or a member please let me know your experiences. I am not sure of doing monthly membership yet.

Any tips/advice for macros, low carb diet recipes or intermittent fasting is greatly appreciated.

    Nice how is it going for you? What was the easiest and hardest thing on low carb for you?
