    Struggles: Still too much salt. Not doing well when I eat out. Working on it.

    Labs are very good to excellent, but I can see some are edging in the wrong direction. A healthy diet seems to be essential for my good health. Still some trouble falling asleep this week

    Hi! My name is Kristen. And I struggle to maintain my weight. I have had great success losing/gaining, but I'm hoping this group helps me be more accountable. I weigh only 1x week on Sundays, so that's when I'll check in. My 2 goals in 2020 are to not let the scale go above 153 and weigh in EVERY Sunday for the WHOLE YEAR. This seems easy to most, but I get lazy and make excuses why I don't need to weigh in and then all of a sudden everything in my closet has shrunk. LOL

    Successes: I think I'm finally leveling out! Now, I'm leveling out 3lbs lighter than I orginally wanted to, but I'm ok with that. I'll see how the next month goes and see if I need to widen my range. Feeling a bit better after a nasty week of sinus problems.

    Struggles: Last Sunday I changed my goal to gain .5lbs week. I thought maybe seeing the higher goal would help me mentally get closer to the calories I need to eat. I did get closer, but no where near the 'gain' number.

    Struggles: Straight legged my left knee on a run and think changing my gait too much to accommodate it has made my quad very sore. Looks like a few days off are in order. It’s taper time for LA Marathon anyways; so perfect time for extra rest.

    Successes: Made sure last weeks +6 lb swing remained just that, a swing and not the beginning of a longer pattern upwards. Took the whole week but trend is back where it was before. A couple more days and hopefully it’ll catch up to maintain or loss instead of projected gain.

    Successes: As predicted, salty Super Bowl snacks and my wife's birthday dinner led to a big bounce at the beginning of the week that was shed pretty quickly. I'm going to up my calories a little bit this coming week (on a daily, consistent basis, rather than some of these roller-coaster weeks lately) to get back to the bottom of my range. Fit in cardio every day and have been active in general. I'm thinking I need to cut back on my cardio a couple of times a week to have sufficient time to do more strength training, though.

    Success(es)/struggle(s) of the week: Had another big drop this week. I did have a moment of weakness yesterday and allowed myself to have another donut and a more than one serving of apple crumble that me and my partner was supposed to share. Back on track for the next 4 days as my partner is away but we have plans on going to a Japanese buffet on Friday that just opened not far away from our place. I should be able to stick as close to my goal as possible.

Just had 3x vodka sodas on saturday at a DJ party (wheras i'd normally have a few more wines than that as well as alcohol on friday and sunday, which i avoided).

    Success(es)/struggle(s) of the week: Another low weight this weekend. I'm a little frustrated by it since I like to be at least 113, but I do tend to have my lowest weights on Saturday and Sunday and my highest weights on Wednesday and Thursday. And Wednesday's weigh in was 114.6. Maybe I need to start having Wednesday as my check in day. Lol. I guess I just need to make sure I hit my calorie goal every day.  I did buy girl scout cookies yesterday so that should help. Lol.

    @kgirlhart - at least you aren't underweight at your lower than desired weight. Girl scout cookies; yeah. And avocados. I very briefly had concerns that I'd go below my goal range, but that was fleeting. Some of THIS would help, too....

    Success: now I have a fitbit I have been monitoring the quality of my sleep and making changes to improve it further (primarily: going to bed even earlier). Ironically, my sleep doesn't feel better even though fitbit tells me my quality of sleep has improved. I haven't been waking refreshed or with energy, rather I seem to be spending more time in bed without feeling better for it.

    Struggles:
    Have slipped into some emotional eating this week. Thought I had slayed that dragon last year, but the minute the stress ratchets up (stuff outside of my control), I find myself eating extra food even when I've already eaten more than enough. I also went a bit overboard with sugar-free chocolate. Nothing as bad as binges of the past, but when one serving size is 2-3 squares of chocolate and I ended up eating more like four or five serves...

    Buckling down this week on my intermittent fasting. I do the 14 hr fast 10 hr food window. Also upping my running/ workout routine. Got 3 miles in yesterday and a 15 min HIIT workout in. Yoga tonight for recovery

    On target. I plan meals regularly but last week had several situations that weren't on the plan. I still logged my food and I'm happy to report that I pretty much stayed within my calorie goal which translated into staying at my goal weight.
