I hate veggies, but want to try and eat a little better. I have a high protein diet and I love meat. Just trying to find a clever way to incorporate veggies into my diet as I try to get a little more lean. Thanks

What about adding them to a smoothie, sauce, soup, or chili? I bulk things up with vegetables all the time. My favorite way to have vegetables is roasted, experiment with herbs and spices. I love broccoli, brussel sprouts, and root vegetables with balsamic vinegar. Also retry vegetables, I like way more now as an adult than I did as a kid.

I will try more in smoothies I guess. I’ve thought about it and I’ve try to eat some vegetables I hated when I was younger. I think it may be more mental, but also I hate the taste haha 😂

There are *so many* vegetables, and you can cook them so many different ways, I doubt you hate all of them. Green: Peppers, Lettuce, Asparagus, Carrots, Kale; Orange: Sweet potato, carrots, squash; Red: Peppers, Beets... you get the idea. Some vegetables are an acquired taste, keep trying them. Roasting tends to sweeten them--adding salt sometimes helps--or "hide" them in something you like (like lasagna or meatloaf...)

I also hate veggies. I'm on keto n I think I'm going to have to start eating veggies at this point. Ugh! I do know I don't like them cooked. Well, most of them. My husband makes a cabbage soup he swears by. I'm going to have to hold my nose n just do this. 👎

I love vegetables, but how about eating them as part of a meal with foods you do like. For example, in a stew or chili or soup. If you eat pasta or rice, as part of a sauce or toppings. If not, use cauliflower rice or spaghetti sauce and create a meat-based sauce with some veg.

Eat more raw or try pickled. You could also try lightly cooking them.

I do not like cabbage soup. I prefer my cabbage raw or lightly sauteed.
