How to restore my account?

Hello, I purchased premium in App Store and it works fine few days. After I updated my phone it is not allowing me to use premium options. I have a premium validity until 2020 June. Can any one please help me? It’s so frustrating ?

    You may be able to force it to sync by repeating the subscription.
    Also if that is unsuccessful, you could always uninstall the app. Then download it again. Just use your current login information to get back in with the premium subscription.
    Make sure YOU BACK UP FIRST, before uninstalling the app. Just use your google back up or your Apple back up.

    http://myfitnesspal.desk.com/ has stopped working. I am getting a "Site not found", Subdomain does not exist, error.
