Workout splits and meal prep

What’s the best workout split where I can train my muscle groups twice a week.

It depends on how many days per week you want to workout, how long you have been lifting, etc.

Thanks for that great source of information! I ended up trying a split were I’m working out the same muscle category twice a week, for example Monday is back and biceps I would follow up that back and biceps on Thursday giving me time to heal. If anybody has an opinion on that let’s talk about it!
