You've started two threads on this (maybe accidentally)...only one thread is allowable on identical subjects per the Guidelines.
Some groups start like this, some are in, "Challenges," or, "Fitness and Exercise," and some start dedicated GROUPS, here -

Or you could join in one of the many threads already ongoing with exercise challenges.

You made it private. That will limit who can view the content to people you invite - which is fine.
Groups are pretty hard to get going on here unless they have some specific focus. You may be able to find more activity if you yourself join in several ongoing threads.0
