9 year difference

The picture on the left popped up in my FB timeline today from 9 years ago. The photo on the right is from last month in Tahiti.

I’ve recently started putting in a real effort at losing the last 40 pounds. I’ve been a bit discouraged as I let myself gain back 20 of the 60 pounds I lost 4 years ago, but this photo changed my attitude. What a difference. I’m 9 YEARS older. And I look better. That’s motivation enough to keep going.

If you’re also feeling frustrated, I encourage you to look at how far you’ve come.
