Has anyone noticed if you carry more weight when drinking energy drinks as opposed to when you don't drink them?

Energy drinks in and of themselves don't cause weight gain. If they have calories, then you have to account for them in your energy balance. But there is no food or drink that causes weight gain without a calorie surplus.8

Is it something like Bang, which has creatine? That can cause your muscles to retain water...2

Mmmmm Red Bull I drink the sugar free one so its 5 calories. If anything I have found it helps my weightless in that I am not exhausted after work and still have motivation to work out.1

I drink Bang several times a week at work and I'm down 10 pounds. Just pay attention to what you eat/calories and workout.0
