Making Use of Premium

I have done well hitting my daily calorie targets and each of the default macro-nutrients but my doctor and myself are concerned with my saturated fats, cholesterol, and sugar. I have been toggling back and forth with reports to see where these are at and see where I have gone over. I have changed my default daily macro-nutrients to saturated fats, cholesterol, sugar and protein so I am on top of them each meal. I didn't realize the counts of cheese and fruit! I am not going over now!

OK, but you can look at reports and change the nutrients that show up in your diary with the basic (free) version. You don't need premium for those things.2

If you need to monitor these areas so closely, be sure the database entries you’re using are In fact correct for cholesterol and saturated fats.2
