    Watching a Nature documentary on BBC. They're wolves in Italy. I would've never thought that. They've learned to use paved roads to approach prey silently. Will use passing cars to cover their movements.

    That BBC documentary segment ended with the wolves making a kill of a deer. However the ruckus alerted the local sheep dogs who charged out into the hills and chased off the wolves. Maybe a pattern here but watched another show earlier in the week about the domestication of dogs and couldn't help but think that this exact scenario had played out in the hills of Italy for tens of thousands of years. Probably with the same ancestors on both sides. Time for Islanders hockey and bed.
