Hello everyone !!
So who has read James Smiths "not a diet book"
What are your opinions / comments on it ?
Personally i think he is brilliant and have follwed him for 3 or so years .. listened to his podcasts and recently his book and things have slotted into place for me ... its all about the CFD ! XX
