Trying to lose weight

I just started logging food again, I’m hoping to follow through and lose the weight this time. I’m feeling pretty discouraged about how heavy I am.

    battling the mind that wants to give every excuse in the book is 1/2 the problem. If you are really wanting this, there is no doubt you can succeed. I'm 55, and this time last year I was 96 lbs heavier and had health issues starring me in the face. As @NovusDies says, DON'T QUIT. Be very strict with calorie counting, weigh everything on a food scale and exercise for health & fitness. Take it one day at a time, don't get overwhelmed by the big picture.
