New and Need Help Please

Hi, Firstly i have been doing slimming world but falling out with it at the moment. Im 46years 5ft 4 and 11st 8lb.
I had a full hysterectomy in July last year so been thrown straight in to the menopause. Needless to say Ive gained 1 and half stone since my op and SW isn't working for me right now. Hormones all over the place and yet to find the right HRT :(

Im back to full exercise now doing approx 5 Hi intensity classes a week. Needing guidance on what sort of Calories I need to be having a day and any other advice welcome. Thank you
